Bureaucratic Structure

 A. In order to catalyze on going vibrancy within the community, it is very important to establish a system where there is clear leadership and accountability. These individuals must be wholeheartedly committed to ICR with an aptitude to carry out their particular responsibilities; therefore, quality is given preference over quantity in the administration. ICR shall structure defined committees in order to facilitate this endeavor. It is important to establish clear roles for each of these committees.

B. The ICR Board shall appoint one Chairperson for each committee.

C. Each Chairperson shall be allowed to appoint –through the ICR Board’s approval- a Head for any respective subcommittee(s) or general volunteers for the committee. Having 3-4 committed people on each committee (or subcommittee) is a great starting point. However during the initial phase, combining them might be necessary. All volunteers will be given a title so that their roles are even more clearly defined (such as heads of a particular division within the committee).
