Post COVID-19 REOPENING
Per restriction of Los Angeles county Health department guidelines, re-opening of the masjid is limited to a max. of 100 persons per prayer, for your convenience.
Effective, Friday June 5, 2020
Subject to Covid-19 guideline,
Islamic Center of Reseda Offers 3 Friday (Jumma) prayers.
1st Khutbah. 12:30. Iqhama 12:50
2nd Khutbah. 2:00. Iqhama 2:20
Saturday to Thursday
For Fajer 4:45 to 6:30 am
For Aser to Esha 5:00 To 9:45 pm
Friday
For Fajer 4:45 to 6:30 am
For Jumma to Esha 11:30 to 9:45 pm
1. Please make Wudu at home/office for all prayers before coming. In the masjid
a. There is designated Wudu area at the back of the old Masjid for males.
b. For females. Inside family room school building.
2. Please bring your own prayer rug and do not share it with anyone in the masjid.
3. Everyone (male, female, or child) is required to wear a face mask ALL THE TIME in the masjid premises. No exemptions.
4. Please park your car in designated parking areas as your directed.
5. Upon entering the parking lot, the temperature of all passengers in each vehicle will be taken. In the event one of the passenger’s temperature is above normal, all passengers in the vehicle will be asked to leave immediately. Do not drop off any passengers. ALL PASSENGERS IN THE CAR ARE REQUIRE TO LEAVE THE MASJID.
6. Max. 100 worshippers permitted each prayer limited to the prayer space available.
7. Always pray ONLY in designated marked spot. Must maintain social distancing.
8. Please leave immediately after the prayers. NO STANDING AROUND OR
SOCIALIZING ANYTIME.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us to re-open and meet the state/county prayer guidelines enforced. If you are asked to leave for any reason by one of our staff members due to a fever, cough or cold you displayed, please do so promptly. We will have no choice but to call the Police for the protection of the rest of the worshippers.
We will do everything possible to offer you the best service. We ask Allah (SWT) to protect us all.

Preamble.
The purpose of Islamic Center of Reseda (ICR) is to please Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) by carrying out religious, educational and other community activities in conformity with the religion of Islam; to do everything necessary, suitable and proper for the accomplishment of these objectives, within the local, State and Federal laws and practices. ICR shall strive to procure in its affairs and activities, the participation, association and representation of Muslims of all races, national origin, linguistic or ethnic backgrounds, and Sunni Islam schools of Jurisprudence, without giving preference to any group.
Introduction
The mission of Islamic Center of Reseda is to please Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala), through adherence to the teachings of the Qur’an and the methodology of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and to establish the practice of Islam in the lives of its attendees. It will provide a place of worship, an Islamic environment for individuals and families, authentic Islamic education, dawah programs for promoting understanding and propagation of Islam, a source of reference and support system for the community, and develop and implement all such programs within its resources that promote these objectives.
